Medina has been showing us RE for a few years. She kept up with our changing interests and had a good sense of what we were looking for. We have successfully for that right piece of RE.

Ms. Medina McKellar did an outstanding job, assisting us with finding a proper tenant for our rental unit in Walden. She is efficient, professional and courteous, combined with a pleasant personality. We highly recommend her service.

Had an issue on our first offer that may have been more a communication error within the agency than our agent so I’m not scoring that within the context of this review. I think the cell phone needs left in the purse. Jen and I are not from the generation that lives on those things even though its developed into a modern lifestyle for many. It makes you feel as though your agent is “no present” in the moment with you. No question that todays agents are very busy. I’m sure the phone is going crazy in the pocket or purse but most things can wait just a short bit. You only have a short bit of one on one time which is really what you are selling the most. I can find anyone to open homes for shows and get me data requests. What I need is a strong “wingman or wingwoman” in the form of an agent that puts us first. Its more than just delivering on a few requests. Its really about feeling like we have your full and uninterrupted attention.
